Mayrhofen has just that: the charm of a town with the character of a village – not too small and not too big. A place with a wide variety of restaurants, cafés and bars – whether you’re peckish or ravenous, fancy a quick coffee or a relaxing glass of wine. When it comes to cuisine, Mayrhofen speaks all sorts of languages: Zillertal, Italian, Asian and international.

If that alone hasn’t convinced you yet: music events hold a special place in our village. And there’s a stage for almost every genre of music: from traditional folk music weekends and brass band concerts to major festivals such as Snowbombing and Full-Metal-Mayrhofen, there’s something for everyone.
One very special highlight that we’d definitely like to recommend: our Waldfestplatz in Mayrhofen. Many of the music events mentioned above take place here, and in the run-up to Christmas, this venue is transformed into a wonderful, magical place during “Advent im Wald”.
In case we haven’t emphasised it enough: from our apartments, you can reach all of these in just a few minutes’ walk. It doesn’t get any better than that!
