All prices are in € per apartment per night, not including the local tax. The price for a residence less than a week is different.
For the final cleaning of the apartment we charge a cleaning-fee as offered.
Please notice, that the booking price can be different than the prices on our website. Valid is the price, which we confirm in writing.
local tax
We have to levy € 2,20 per night and person (adults and children older than 14 years).

In additional depending on duration of stay and number of persons we offer the following consumption items for free:

Check-in / check-out
At arrival the apartment is available at 3 p.m. For departure we would like to ask you to leave the apartment until 9 a.m.
Weekly rent
During the winter saison we rent our apartment only weekly from Saturday to Saturday.
Deposit
To fix a reservation a deposit of ca. 20% of the total booking amount is necessary.
The booking is binding with the income of the deposit on our bank account.
Payment modalities
Prepayment or cash. We also accept VISA or MASTERCARD. Please notice, that the Payment is required at arrival with the check-in.
Cancellation
Cancellations are only valid in written form and successful delivery (date of cancellation).
The cancellation fee charges on the full booking amount minus lokal tax and final cleaning. The fee depents on the date of cancellation as follows:
- up to 91 days before arrival: without carge
- 90 days up to 61 days before arrival: the amount of the deposit
- 60 days up to 31 days before arrival: 40%
- 30 days up to 8 days before arrival: 80%
- 7 days ip to 1 day before arrival: 90%
- no arrival or earlier departure: 100%
Otherwise the 2006 General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) version dating back to 15.11.2006 are valid.
Travel cancellation insurance
We recommend you to purchase travel cancellation insurance before cemleting your reserveration.
